Strawberry season has finally arrived.
On July 1st, Canada Day, the strawberry u-pick opened. Luke went and picked fresh berries for us since our boys are still to young for berry picking. He came home with 18 pounds of delicious fresh strawberries.
Now, I am busy preserving, baking and munching on fresh berries. Over the next week I will be posting delicious tried and true berry recipes.
