Turkey Breakfast Tortillas

Luke had today off work. Since we don't usually have a big breakfast we decided to have Turkey Breakfast Tortillas for brunch.

Turkey Breakfast Tortillas
12 Corn Tortillas
1 1/2 lb Ground Turkey, cooked
4 Eggs
1/3 cup Rice Milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chopped chives
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp butter (Earth Balance has dairy and soy free)

I made homemade corn tortillas. While I was cooking the tortillas I cooked the ground turkey and sit it in a separate bowl.
Next, Whisk the eggs, milk and spices together. Scramble the eggs in 1 tbsp butter. Now mix the scrambled eggs and ground turkey together. Put desired amount on tortilla, wrap up and enjoy. Optional: Add Salsa for extra flavor and spice. For us there was exactly enough for 12 tortillas.
